Put a hold on all hood cleaning. Discovered you were cleaning every 3 months. That was not the case upon hiring for the whole company. Also being charged for work that was not authorized. Have asked the rep several times to meet after the meeting we had and added up all the credits w/ no response. Would like to talk to someone re: this. JimE
